Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Judith Lauter, poet, photographer, and neuroscientist, was born in Austin TX, a second-generation Texan. Her father wrote an outdoors column for the Austin American-Statesman, and owned a photography studio in downtown Austin. Photography was a large part of Judy's life from childhood, beginning with black-and-white pictures, and moving into color photography, including 35 mm slides. When she was still in elementary school, her family moved to Michigan, and she eventually attended the University of Michigan, where along with work on her English-lit major she also took a number of courses in Oriental Art and History of Art. Victoria, thanks so much for liking this photo. The title refers to a line in the movie Apocalypse Now, "Charlie don't surf," which the war-crazy Colonel Kilgore says, meaning Vietnamese aren't nuts about surfing like Americans are, though I doubt that was even true! Thanks again.
