Holdouts metal print by Judith Lauter.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Judith Lauter

Judith Lauter

Judith Lauter, poet, photographer, and neuroscientist, was born in Austin TX, a second-generation Texan. Her father wrote an outdoors column for the Austin American-Statesman, and owned a photography studio in downtown Austin. Photography was a large part of Judy's life from childhood, beginning with black-and-white pictures, and moving into color photography, including 35 mm slides. When she was still in elementary school, her family moved to Michigan, and she eventually attended the University of Michigan, where along with work on her English-lit major she also took a number of courses in Oriental Art and History of Art. She became fascinated with the minimalism of Eastern Art, especially as seen in screens and scrolls. Along with...
